3. Forward-Looking Inventory; No Offer of Sale

Home prices, configurations, lease rates, amenities, timelines, floor plans, and renderings are subject to change without notice. All inventory shown is generally pre-sale, pre-lease, or pre-launch. A binding commitment requires a fully executed written Earnest Money Contract, Lease Agreement, or comparable written instrument signed by an authorized representative of Sundara.

4. Texas Real Estate Brokerage Disclosures

Sundara operates as a Texas Real Estate Commission–licensed brokerage. Texas law requires us to provide the TREC Information About Brokerage Services form and Consumer Protection Notice at first substantive communication. Both forms are linked from the footer of every page on this Website.

5. Pre-Sale, Pre-Lease, and Pre-Launch Lists

Joining a pre-sale, pre-lease, or pre-launch list does not create an obligation for Sundara to sell or lease any specific property, lock in pricing, or guarantee a delivery date. List position is a courtesy only and does not constitute contract rights.

6. Equal Housing Opportunity

Sundara complies with the federal Fair Housing Act and Texas fair housing rules and does not discriminate on the basis of any protected characteristic.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to violate any law, submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with the Website, attempt unauthorized access to it, use automated tools to access it, or harvest information about other users.
