Sundara Homes was founded in 2026 – brought together by a shared belief that a home should nourish the human spirit as much as it provides shelter. United by more than eighty years of combined experience in technology, senior living, hospitality, and community development, the founders created the Centenarian Village model with one profound purpose: to redefine how people live, connect, age, and flourish together.

At the heart of every Sundara community is the belief that life should become richer with time — that wellness should be woven into daily living, that dignity should accompany every stage of life, and that meaningful human connection is essential to happiness and longevity. Sundara homes are designed around the realities of living in Texas—not simply minimum specifications. From Class 4 impact-resistant roofing and post-tensioned foundations designed for expansive soil conditions to high-performance HVAC systems engineered for extreme summer temperatures and freeze-conscious exterior plumbing, we focus on the details that contribute to durability, efficiency, comfort, and resilience.

These may not be the features you notice first when you walk through a home. But they are the thoughtful engineering decisions that help a Sundara home perform reliably, season after season and year after year.

    Every Sundara site has a quality superintendent with stop-work authority. We don’t pass flaws to the next stage and hope no one notices.

  2. TELL THE TRUTH, EVEN WHEN ITS INCONVENIENT

    If a lot backs up to a busy road, we’ll tell you. If our delivery date slips, you’ll hear it from us first — not from a missed deadline. Trust compounds. Spin doesn’t.

  3. BUILT FOR TEXAS. DESIGNED FOR THE YEARS AHEAD

    South Texas weather is unforgiving. Roofs, HVAC sizing, framing, insulation, irrigation — every spec is chosen for what it’ll look like in 2056, not in the model home photo.

    Our relationship with residents is designed to extend beyond closing day. With an in-house customer care team, Sundara creates a more connected experience—from the journey home to becoming part of the community. We don't simply build homes.     We build in four Texas metros — not thirty. We know every community we have. We don’t believe a builder can be excellent in fifty markets at once.
