Pre-Launch Welcome — Upcoming Communities
Tours and welcome centers for the five upcoming Sundara communities (Magnolia, Larkspur, Paintbrush, Sunflower, Camellia) will open as each community approaches launch in 2028. In the meantime, our headquarters team in San Antonio handles all pre-launch list inquiries, virtual previews, and partner introductions for these communities. Add yourself to a community’s pre-launch list at sundarahomes.com or call our main line — we will follow up with site renderings, master plan information, and updates as launch approaches.

Walk Sundara Bluebonnet this Saturday.
Our Sundara Bluebonnet welcome center is open Tuesday through Sunday, with two furnished model homes and a clubhouse pre-construction walkthrough available daily. Most tours run 60 to 90 minutes — enough to walk the models, see Phase 1 under construction, and put a current price/lease sheet in your hand. Saturday tours fill quickly.
