• SUNDARA MAGNOLIA — the upcoming community in Hillsboro, Texas
• SUNDARA LARKSPUR — the upcoming community in Jarrell, Texas
• SUNDARA PAINTBRUSH — the upcoming community in Terrell, Texas
• SUNDARA SUNFLOWER — the upcoming community in Taylor, Texas
• SUNDARA CAMELLIA — the upcoming community in Dayton, Texas
• The names of individual floor plans (including The Primrose, The Live Oak, The Pecan Duplex, The Magnolia, The Cypress, and The Pecan) and the Sundara logo and design system

Use of any of the foregoing names, phrases, or marks without the prior written consent of Sundara Homes LLC is prohibited. Other trademarks referenced on the Website (including K7 Capital Partners, Toyota, Amazon, Samsung, Tesla, HEB, ENERGY STAR, the Texas Real Estate Commission, and others) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only.

3. Photography, Renderings, and Illustrations

All photography, renderings, illustrations, and architectural drawings on the Website are the property of Sundara or our licensors. Renderings are illustrative only; constructed homes and communities may differ in design, finish, dimension, and feature. Photographs may depict optional upgrades that are not included in base pricing.

4. Permitted Personal Use

You may view, download, and print pages from the Website strictly for your own personal, non-commercial reference — for example, to share a floor plan with your spouse or to discuss a community with a buyer's agent — provided that any copy you make retains all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices.

Without our prior written consent, you may not: (i) reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works of any Website content; (ii) use any Website content for any commercial purpose; (iii) frame or mirror the Website on another site; (iv) scrape, harvest, or systematically download Website content; (v) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice; or (vi) use any Sundara name, logo, mark, or phrase in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation by Sundara where none exists.
