Other trademarks referenced on the Website (including K7 Capital Partners, Toyota, Amazon, Samsung, Tesla, HEB, ENERGY STAR, the Texas Real Estate Commission, and others) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only.
3. Photography, Renderings, and Illustrations
All photography, renderings, illustrations, and architectural drawings on the Website are the property of Sundara or our licensors. Renderings are illustrative only; constructed homes and communities may differ in design, finish, dimension, and feature. Photographs may depict optional upgrades that are not included in base pricing.
